Stephen Donnelly is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and President of Stephen Donnelly and Associates, a full-service and MWBE-certified marketing and public relations firm based in Binghamton, NY. For over 20 years, Stephen has worked with thousands of clients across industries in both the United States and internationally. His marketing, public relations, and consulting work has been integral to the launch and growth of businesses, from casinos to battery manufacturers to recycling facilities, in Upstate New York. His firm was named to Central New York Business Journal’s Largest Advertising, Marketing, and PR Firms list in 2021.

In addition to his hands-on role as president of his marketing and public relations agency, Stephen is also a Town of Vestal, NY Councilman, serving on finance and personnel committees. This experience has deepened his understanding of the local business climate and the opportunities that exist in Broome County and beyond. Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and marketing from Messiah College.
